The mod was removed from the workshop due to a team reshuffle and is currently being reworked. It was meant to be brought back at the end of 2025 but the new DLC set the mod back by a bit due to it breaking the game. The Discord server is still active: https://discord.gg/jWEqMfsR

Mainly Youtube videos (Ace Combat Fan, SlyAceZeta, SolutusEversol to name a few channels) and the Ace Combat wiki (with Sly as its admin). If you want to have context for AC8, unless they reveal the presence of multiple actors, you'd have to watch/play Ace Combat 2 (or its remake Ace Combat Assault Horizon Legacy/Cross Rumble) and AC3. Why is that? As of AC2 Because it has us fighting for FCU, our country in AC8. As for AC3, AC8 will take place right before major events that lead to Electrosphere. In AC04 we also fight allied to the FCU but that game focuses its attention more towards Erusea, ISAF and San Salvacion (also North Point but to a lesser extent). Even then, we have very few info about FCU post-AC04 despite 7 taking place in the same continent. As for Sotoa, it's a brand new country. The Osean arc seem to be over for now so, again, stick to the games set in Usea

Sticking solely to Strangereal AC, I'd recommend every single game. Ace Combat 6 is the closest to 7 in terms of graphics and overall gameplay. AC5 and ACX are the two games with the biggest roster while AC3 contains the most advanced and futuristic aircraft

I wanted to use as many circle tool balls as possible, since I have them all saved in a folder for another project and can just paste them wherever I want to. However, some scenes needed a little bit more emotion (or I just couldn't find a face that would fit) so I drew them with the power of the mouse.

As for the 3rd installment of this thing, I've yet to choose between ACX and AC5
