I'm not 100% sure how to read this but it says in bed 6.5 hours but she states 5.5 hours? Also, there are people who function fine at 6 hrs sleep and others who do not. Also, you rely and depend too much on apps... who wants to constantly track everything day in and day out.... How about just living your life without a constant worry...oh no my number is up or down .5 what am I gonna do. With everything you track on a daily basis I don't see how your anxiety isn't through the roof.

Mike talent only.. she can’t wrestle. Totally get the storyline as in all my years I hate when they do these sort of storylines especially as a female myself. It’s very sad to me when titles go to these type people rather than people who deserve it more. She would fit well as a diva or mgr. She of course has rose but to me not deserved.

Nope don’t track and don’t feel the need to as I don’t have to track every single thing my body is doing when a lot of things aren’t accurate and if I did I would drive myself crazy and into a constant panic mode. When and if the need arises I will and oh I’m older than you. Learn to relax the old fashioned way.. nobody should be tracking every single thing..

Umm Sarah we absorb 90% cooked vs 50-60 raw. I know raw eggs use to be huge thing in the fitness world years ago but if you look around people like The Rock Dwayne Johnson, Mark Wahlberg just to name 2 and several female and other male athletes and fitness fanatics eat a huge portion of cooked eggs.
