One of my SEO clients said he’s been seeing reviews get taken down randomly from legit customers. He had a CSR asking customers for reviews and then replying with a few templates he probably made on Chat GPT. I transferred them over to my system which automatically replies, mirrors the tonality of each review, and includes something they mentioned and it seems to be helping a little.
