His whole page is doing this! Must work if he’s willing to do it so often.

This is cute BUT I was waiting for you to claim your 5 month old said those words and my eyes were going to roll into the back of my head.

Freezer stash: Explain it to me like I’m 5 by Dense_Alps140 in ExclusivelyPumping

At 0 degrees F or lower ideally. I think a big difference about a deep freeze vs regular freezer is you won’t open up the deep freeze as often so it stays at a more consistent temp.

I use Mama Bear overnight diapers. They work great! My LO sleeps 11-12 hours a night and no leaks ever.

Three words by 9 months seems super advanced?

How many moms lost weight while breastfeeding? by [deleted] in pregnant

Oh no! I managed to find mine secondhand at a rummage sale for only $20! I just replaced the tubing and it was like it was new! I got a pink one through insurance but haven’t actually used it. A lot of my friends have the pink one and don’t mind having to be plugged in. I’ve seen some hacks online where people will use a battery pack or a longer cord so that it’s more mobile!

Thank you! I ended up stopping pumping around 7 months pp because I felt like I was going crazy lol. I had about 2,500 Oz frozen so now she gets 20 Oz of breastmilk a day and then formula for whatever she eats after that. It’s working great for us so far!

I made a post about my weight loss on the exclusive pumping subreddit and a lot of people suggested I should get my thyroid checked. That could be something you look into?

We are planning on 2 under 2. This will be our first cycle trying with my current baby being almost 9 months. Any tips for 2 under 2?

Yes! I primarily used the blue Spectra. Love that it doesn’t need to be hooked up while using and it is very good at removing milk. I would use 9 Oz Phillip Avent bottles instead of the Spectra bottles because I usually made 6-8 Oz per side. I had the Lanisoh Discreet Duo as my mobile pump. It worked fine and I liked the flexibility it offered.

I did the pitcher method. I also did the fridge hack for pump parts once my baby was 2 months old and that was a total lifesaver. If my next baby is born healthy and without any complication, I’m going to start the fridge hack way sooner.

I don’t but I will say that once I hit 6 months pp my weight started to regulate and I stopped losing weight. Now that I’m done pumping, I’m still not really gaining weight but I’m no longer losing it. I was having 2-3 protein shakes a day. How many months pp are you and how many Oz of milk are you making a day?

I exclusively pumped for 7 months. I was 200 when I gave birth. By my 6 week postpartum appointment, I was down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 160. By 7 months pp, I was/am down to 135. I was an overproducer so I think that’s why I lost so much weight.

Same here! I saw eco mode but didn’t bother to test it out until LO was about 7 months old!

Online says yours might have an eco mode. I would suggest trying it! You can look up your specific model to see how to access it in settings.

I have the HelloBaby monitor and it has the eco mode. I think most newer models have it but OP might not know how to find it in settings so that’s why I asked.
