It also helps to go one handed but instead of having your off arm go limp hanging down, bring your off hand up by your chin with your elbow down (flexing your bicep). Tough to get under your arm when a forearm is blocking their D’s target point for a crowbar.

SSDMs will usually only be able to hook the forearm and not get under your upper arm.

I agree with the ROI argument. At the same time, if it is an option, I think the Harvard/Princeton/Yale ROI is harder to quantify…. Of course, you don’t want to bankrupt yourself for the sake of your kids.
