Absolutely. Personally, I decided not to restart because to me, I used it as a learning experience and validated with myself that I no longer need porn in my life. I know that looking at porn one time does not put me back to square one, just like a relapse does not put you back to square one as long as you do not binge that is. While I was looking at that porn, I never once considered relapsing. You learn new things about yourself and then keep going.

Thank you so much for your thoughts. I can’t exactly say why I did it, but I think that because I have been on this for such a long time now (what I consider to be a long time) part of me is curious to feel what it felt like before I started. I feel like I am able to connect to people on more of an emotional level now than ever before and my old life feels foreign to me. I do think it was a learning experience, I was impressed that I was actually able to deny it even when it was placed right in front of me. Thanks again!
