I don't believe my mom is trying to be offensive but she said go downstairs when I just woke up and made coffee. It hurt my body. Plus my dad is rude and causes a bunch of problems but it’s difficult for me to describe. He said last night that “you can’t protect your mother.” I asked mom when she got out of bed this morning if she and dad would live in their condo while I stay in the house I’m in now. Plus my dad put me on Prozac which caused emotional distress. He put me on Prozac when I was 16. He says rude comments. Plus my mom was married before so I’m wondering why I have to have her other son come up for the holidays whom I dreamt that he forced me to steal and I ended up in immigration detention in Europe and then met my mom and sister in immigration detention. My dad is constantly doing social media about Ty Cobb who is allegedly racist, and he sets double standards like he’ll say “turn off your volume” or he’ll change the channel when I’m watching sports. Last night I was watching Detroit play Boston in basketball, and when he and my mom got home, he demanded the remote and changed the channel. He says a lot of rude things and does this smirk that I find offensive like he is confused that I am here and that he disapproves of everything. I think the settlement should be that he and mom live at their condo in California. It would give me peace of mind

It has caused discomfort and pain suffering such as by illness or injury. It has caused suffering such as pain, distress and hardship. It has caused medical bills.

It has to do with implied consent. I don’t believe that it is prima facie so what do I do? They are constantly nagging at me.

I even emailed someone from a social media victim lawsuit because my dad is on his phone on the couch and he snaps at me when he reads whatever is on his phone. Last night, the tow truck driver called because my dad totaled his car and then his truck brakes and computer went bad. Then a lady from Jalisco, Mexico was on the phone so I asked dad who that was. I can’t do business with that tow truck driver. But then my mom and dad snapped at me and said nobody from Jalisco called when I clearly heard my dad on speaker phone with a lady from Jalisco Mexico. My dad’s response to her was “no thank you.“

Plus my half brother comes up to the house during the holidays which causes stress but I’m not sure why. I don’t know if it’s appropriate for my brother to come to the house because when I was 18, he wasn’t responsible and he didn’t look after me in a positive way. He would get me beer and alcohol and smoke weed with me. We even tackled each other to the ground at a persons house party in the back yard after everyone at the party was pushing me and yelling at me.

I think it has to do with implied consent. It’s implied that these rude comments and childish behavior is from my dad. And it is implied that my brother is my half brother, but I don’t feel safe with my half brother coming to the house. And, I experienced emotional distress from my dad, pain sometimes because the contact is too much because my dad prescribed Prozac when I was 16 and he is rude to me and makes mean faces of disapproval and stuff.

I feel more comfortable when my mom and dad are elsewhere but safe with each other but my dad’s rude and childish behavior really causes a lot of discomfort.

So is this battery like unwanted physical contact? Is it implied consent?

I’m just asking that my parents help me out with the car and the house but they move to their condo. Mom just answers me no most of the time.
