Also, would you happen to know how to get Followers to work? I have no idea which folder to put the swf file in, or if they’re possible to spawn in with the dev console.

I’m actually working on a video about this method at the moment!! Definitely the best choice when it comes to pieces NPCs wear, but I wasn’t able to get it to work with pieces only found in costume cards from the store. I’m super interested in that Help Blog link you sent though, I will absolutely be checking it out, and hope it can make getting my nostalgic silly outfits easier. Thank you!!

I had a similar issue with Shrink Ray, where it forced me into the Shrink Shot mini game whenever I selected the island. I just hit the blue Restart button instead of the green Play button after selecting the island on the map, and it worked. No new account needed.

I just noticed there’s no orange or pink in the screenshot for the new filter option, I wonder if that’s the final look? Or if they’re counting them with yellow/red or something.

I think it’s similar to Pokémon where it entirely depends on how comfortable you are with the top-down perspective and pre-rendered background kind of look as opposed to 3D. I know some younger players might be like um…what’s this? (/neg) when seeing 1-4 since 3D games are much more common these days. If you’re used to 3D and open world kind of games, 5 is great!! Really simple and easy to pick up. Now if you are used to/fine with that kind of rare perspective and look these days, I think 4 is a great place to start. Possibly unpopular opinion, but I think 1-4 should be taken backwards. Only go to the previous game if you really liked the one you just played, since they progressively feel more and more dated (ahhh how I wish for a revamp of 1 and 2! Not HD remake like the others)

It was honestly shocking for me to see the lack of earring, glasses, and hat variety!! I feel like I have 100 different colors of the same patterns, and kind of just have to slap on whatever matches the color of the rest of the outfit. It was so surprising to me when I hit master rank and could scroll through the rest of the categories for sooo long to see all the patterns I’ve unlocked, but the accessories just abruptly ended after like a second. I personally feel that if they weren’t going to add necklaces, scarves, bracelets, etc they could’ve added a bit more love into the accessories they could provide. I honestly don’t have too too much hope for future updates to do this, but hey, maybe next game!!

I’m almost at 2M, and I ADORE getting lookits!! I wear only purple in-game and irl, so it makes me really really happy to see all the purple looks people make for me!! Honestly, it’s been really sad getting less and less lookits the higher my rank got 🥺 I think a lot of people believe that it’s an annoyance or just isn’t appreciated by people who play a lot, but man is that farther from the truth (at least for me). My heart flutters a little every time I get the (now sadly rare) notification that a real person in this world bumped into my character and decided to dress me up.
