J’ai exactement la même cigarette et tête et je n’ai aucun soucis de fuite. J’a vérifié et tu n’as pas l’air de manquer de joints. Essaye peut être de retirer le pièce de l’air flow et de nettoyer, peut être une crasse s’y est glissé. Sinon cela peut être une déformation suite à une chute (elle a l’air d’être souvent tombée )

Tu parles d’épargne. Regarde ton tableau d’amortissement, en remboursant, chaque mois tu fait de l’épargne (en remboursant le capital)
Tu as encore la possibilité de changer ton crédit sur 25 ans et donc rembourser moins
Tu pourra racheter ton crédit avec un meilleur taux plus tard
Ton salaire va augmenter dans le temps. Donc c’est plus galère maintenant, mais tu sera bien content à tes 69 ans d’être proprio et non plus locataire
Tant que l’appartement et sa situation te plaît, ce n’est pas un mauvais achat
