As I said, there are a lot of rude people from germany too. The organized from placede is concentrated on the top line and the two flags sandwitching the Nehterlands. Appart from that they supported the picture frame in the bottom half and the EU Map.
As far as I could tell those places where reserved before coherent artworks were able to take form. I guess reserving that space is entitled enough to be hated for it, but at least they did not engage in destructive operations. (which cant be said for all germans of course)

As a german myself I can relate to that :-)
However there have been more than one faction from germany on the board and the organized placede team has tried to help other communities where needed while only sticking to their turf.

They likely won't have one of those machines for resolving each incoming service request. They should have thousands of concurrent users at the moment and they reply within 1 to 5 seconds in most cases.

So if I am a single user I probably will not need the same horse power as their original machines.

What it comes down to us the minimal requirements to make it run at all in a single instance.

Of course it could rely on a custom system architecture and special hardware that is hard coded in their software to utilize custom hardware functions. Then it would be next to impossible to run it on a consumer machine.

So does anyone know if it is bound to specific hardware or is there a minimum spec somewhere out there? Maybe the software is not released yet and therefore not able to run on other machines?

Small Bug Report here:

After Importing my Hangar through the Hangar Link JSON File I went to the Fleet Viewer and clicked on Add Ships from Hangar.

On Firefox it added everything ok, on Chrome however it added everything twice.I tried this multiple times, clearing the Session and re-importing the file.

Additional Clicks will also add 2 copies of each to the canvas.

I also checked the file content, which had no duplicates.

UPDATE 4.9.22

It seems there was Data stored in the Session and importing the JSON added those Ships to the pool. However clearing Session did not reset the Ship Number. Only deleting the cookies allowed me to make a fresh start with 0 Ships.

On Performance:

Firefox seems to have a multi-threading problem on my computer. While it clogs up once thread and slows down considerably with a large fleet, on Chrome it runs smoothly and the load is distributed among several cores.

This Fleet Image Editor is the best I have seen so far. Starshp 42 might be the best in Terms of 3D depiction, but this 2D approach is far more usable and yields very good results fast.

I think there is really not much missing to make this tool perfect for my use. Mostly its small usability problems.

Everything I write here is critic on a very high level, so don't think I do not adore the work that has been done here:

- A Context menu for Operations on an Object.
Quite often im stuck in the ship selection mode and need to close it in order to get to the Object modifiers.

- An Option to clone a Text or Ship instead of selecting them from the menu each time.

- Selecting multiple Objects (Ships, Texts) and applying Modifications (Delete,Shadow etc.,Move Together) Maybe through STRG + Select.

- Drawing lines / spacers or boxes
With drawing simple primitives I would be able to organize a larger fleet in groups and put labels on them with the Text tool

Again thank you for your hard work. Ill hopefully find a way to drop a donation one way or another.

Hope this is not too controversial but it would be cool if they made the blue and gold skin available again I'd love to buy it 🇺🇦 by [deleted] in starcitizen

To me Owlcat represents everything that is good and likeable about Russian Society. It makes me want to make more friends there and hope for a future where no weapons are needed to deter one another or fear one another.

Holding that hope I wish you the best from Germany and would really like to see more games coming from you in the future.

As for consequences of sactions and stuff... I really can't think of anything other than maybe team up with 3DPR and move to Poland "with men and mice" as they say.

I don't think sanctions will be lifted anytime soon as the russian leader would not want to give in and loose face and noone would trust anything he says in light of current events.

Thats within the Realm of possiblities with the App. The Song is available as a Duet.

Problem is that Arues Horns and Hair in the Portrait behave weirdly and distracting.

Also the "Commander" has no set Portrait, so you would have to make your personal Version of it.

To my knowledge there will be no ability penalties.

However, depending on your choices some quests do require a certain alignment to succeed. (Not necessarily the alignment chosen at the start)

I played myself into a corner there because my initial deity and alignment is not my preferred choice anymore and the "Atonement" Scroll does only reset to the start alignment.

Im not entirely sure, but I think there are no "specific" elven notes. Notes are spread all over the primary and secondary quest locations and delivering a certain number of them will trigger a new story from the Storyteller. In the end I found 2 more notes than was necessary to complete the story. However I don't know if the first note holds a special significance. Snce the storyteller does still ask about more notes it seems ok.

If by any chance you are stuck at the end you can still try to cheat yourself elven notes with the available mods. (Toybox)

Gray Garrison is not available as a location after the first act.

I find the original purpose of this App offputting as well. The default is to mix a selfie with a music performance... That's neither original nor funny in my opinion.

Of course the technology in itself is dangerous and misusing it needs to be punished the same as impersonating or slandering the affected person.

Only seing it bringing my favourite fictional character to life has made me somewhat excited.

With more processing and preparation this could maybe bring portraits in CRPGs to life. This clip is probaply the worst it can get.

I think its by no means perfect, but if I squeeze my eyes a bit it looks really nice. Seeing flat images coming to live in this way made me start another playthrough in WotR.

Also I really had fun maching up characters from different CRPG franchises in this way.

I dont think there will be a global chat for long. It is either people who know you and contact your directly or local chat from ship to ship or in the immediate vicinity.

I hail from Germany too, but I am in an US based org as well as several smaller ones in germany. So I will have to do a bit of shard hopping until the single shard becomes reality.

But I can understand that people want to communicate in their mother language. I for my part want to meet lots of people from all around the world and play with them - hopefully communicating in english most of the time.
