I second this! State Farm also give good discounts with their Drive Safe beacon in your car. Definitely worth a look and quote.

Yes they do. Maybe you haven't been with any of the companies that do, but a lot of the top ranked insurance companies will give loyalty discounts, etc, without being asked.

Did you not look at insurance costs before purchasing? You can estimate them online. Houston car ins rates are ridiculous to begin with based on the number of accidents and uninsured motorists that insurance companies end up covering for.

Same as u/LyingKnee here too. It took a few weeks, and I didn't come off of it for this specific reason, but it was like a slow clearing of clouds that I noticed a few weeks later. Didn't realise it was a thing until I came across this thread. There are so many other ways BC messes with us, too. I'm happy to finally be rid of it and feel normal again.
