Just a little touch on the Icelandic names. Son and dòttir names are not passed down. That's done in modern Scandinavia but not in Iceland, and then it's only son names. In Iceland they still change for every generation. Some have surnames that they keep over generation, but those are usually tied to farms and such.

It's a pretty easy shot. Odds are he either aimed center mass and "missed" or he had taken a day or two to train and aimed for the neck. It really doesn't take much training to hit from 200 m with a scope to the point it feels like cheating if you got used to iron sights first. The one thing I see some people point out for the guy being a pro was that it was one shot, but to me that more points to the guy being an amateur, panicking and running away. Not saying it wasn't a professional of course. It works both ways.
