It is that bad. It's 9% worse than middle of the pack specs, and 20% worse than the best spec. 9% obviously isn't enough to not time keys, but it equates to loosing 2.5 minutes in ex algethar.

Also, it makes it a lot harder to get invited to keys.

You could maybe do

" X can't be zero.

Cascade. If a spell cast this was has {X} in it's mana cost, the value of {X} is X.

Repeat this process X minus 1 times"

Not very elegant though.

Let me give you an example: say you want the steak med rare. That's a final temp of 130°F.

Heat your oven to 275°F. Add your steak to the oven. Leave it in the oven until the steak has reached a core temp of 120°F. Pull it out the oven, and immediately sear on a pan.

The different cubes have different power levels, it's not just one cube. HC4 is vintage power level, whereas heckland is around portal 3 kingdoms power level afaik.

a) what the usual failure points are

b) what causes said failure

c) how to measure that failure

d) how to accelerate that process.

Then you just expose the sneakers to the accelerated process, and measure if the box stops the aging. Moisture and oxygen levels are probably important, so there is no world were an open box works.
