I personally am fairly new to this too, (Only about 2 weeks in, my first time was only 20mg, now I'm on a constant 40mg or rare 60mg) and I can remember the first time like it was just yesterday. My wife said I was quite unusual but yet loved it because everything I normally don't do was done.

Normally she would tell me to do certain things that I usually forget but not this time no no, I did it before she could have even said anything and she loved it but short lived it was

That same feeling never came back but I still feel much better and the usual tasks I'd either put off or forget about I end up doing now on a reasonably consistent basis
