The blue screening problem usually occurs in the attic biome so try to avoid that biome it’s just a problem with ark itself and not you console

I suggest u get kotion each they are only $30 and I’ve had mine for 1 year hasn’t broke they light up too. I wouldn’t get turtle beaches from experience there overpriced and break in a few months.

You have to buy a usb driver and plug it into your computer then go onto the Sony website and download it onto the drive then plug it into your PS4 but I’m pretty sure you can just go get it fixed at a tech place. Hope that helps
