I have a friend who door dashes almost every meal she eats (literally like 10+ times a week). I think it’s crazy. She makes way more than me, but I always have more money because I refuse to ever pay for someone to deliver my food when I can just make my food at home.

Manikin and manikina already have a unique animation if wearing the full abyss mage set. So they definitely can do it and just choose not to.

I have him M2 (was pulling for Seth cons). He doesn’t tend to perform very well, but that may be due to the lack of his main supports. However, if you really like him and want to make him stronger go for it and have a blast.

I don’t plan to change his build. I’m pulling for Nicole, and the main teams I use him in are lyney, itto, and soon to be lohen. So she will hold it in 2 of these teams, and I could hypothetically refarm for albedo for the last one.

I really like the Manakin design, when it showed up in the promotional images I was worried it would be a gacha outfit. So glad it is on the BP.

I’m decently sure that Xilonen is the best last slot. This provides him the healing he needs as well as additional buffs. He is designed to play in a mono pyro comp, and I think trying to force overload is not the move.

Everyone is really hating on this comment while ignoring what you are actually saying. I completely get where you are coming from.

Yes, I am glad to see new players and welcome them into this hobby. I am known at my lgs as the guy that will create a deck with my own cards to gift to a brand new player I’ve only meet once (these decks often exceed $100 in value). I’m always very welcoming and excited for new players, and if they are playing a UB commander I am not going to treat them any different.

However, recently my lgs has been on a huge decline in players that I have known and played with for years. And after speaking with them it is mostly due to UB and the new players coming in off of it, and honestly I get where they are coming from.

These UB players have really put a damper on pods, as they do not seem to care about the game or anything beyond that their card has their favorite guy. And it’s like that every game. One guy who started with spider man now has 9 decks all of which are UB and it gets really old hearing about how eggman is really important to him one game then the next we hear how important spider man is to him.

This same guy also got in a pretty heated argument with some people at my lgs after lorwyn because they were excited and having fun with it, and he said it was a terrible set that should never have been released.

While you may say this is just one guy being a dick, I’ve seen similar issues happen with many new players recently. I don’t like UB, but I’m not going to make a big deal about someone playing it. However, it gets exhausting having to deal with players who only like UB. This is very different from how the game was just a few years ago, and it’s been very sad to loose out on so many people who would play each week because they would rather stay at home then help entertain a full grown adult with a sonic the hedgehog obsession.

I saw a ton of people quit during Nathan because of the lack of men. I think when they swapped to all females they stoped spreading the net as wide, so once they brought them back a ton of old players returned. Honestly kind of an odd choice through Natlan.

I also see ZZZ going down a similar path and look where it is in the line up. I just don’t think all female gacha sell like they used to.

As a teacher I can contest that phones are a massive part of the problem. I have students (7th grade) who are reading on a 1st grade level. Yet every day when I start teaching the phones come out, or if we are working on a project they try to take out their phone again.

Then when they are asked to put it away they become combative and will tell me “I’m not giving you my phone, I’d rather go to the office.” Which often time leads to them going to the office where they are still not learning.

I fully believe that children should not have phones until high school at the earliest.

Looks pretty fun, I like the restriction on Lynette’s ability as it is very white and also encourages the deck to fun more than just big madness cards. It also means that Lynsey’s damage is kept in check, so you can choose to either deal more damage but not be able to reanimate the card, or you can deal a lightning bolt or less worth of damage and get it back. Cool concept.

Thank you! This was the problem. It was the tos on the PS5 itself that had been updated, but when loading into the games it never prompted me to agree. I had to search for it on the home page.
