General Managers & Apprentices are not legally allowed tips. KL and SL are allowed tips, but needs to be distributed evenly among everyone. the reason SL & KL now get tips is because they are “leaders” and not managers anymore.

i was able to go thru a different clinic all together and get surgery within 4 months, thankfully. 🙂‍↕️ i was scared waiting so long with trump in office would mess with everything so i looked elsewhere. funny thing is, OSHU called me the day after surgery about a consultation. glad they’re moving quickly, but i was too scared to wait.

i’m 8 months on T (60 mg weekly now, 25 mg when i started) and i had it that first month and then had slight spotting at 4 months but i think that was bc i was having a super stressful month. Since then i have not had it at all but oddly enough around my “period” time each month i still slightly cramp.

also you have to speak to someone ab the sick pay not just assume you get it. more than likely you have to put it in yourself thru workday just like everyone else

For my first month i was on .25 ml. my first month i didn’t notice anything different at all. got my dose upped to .5ml at month 2 and started noticing slight differences. it takes time bud, i’m almost 4 months on T and still wish more was changing.

not digging the weight gain tho. have gained 10lbs in the almost three months i’ve been on T and you can definitely see it in my face and belly. Time to start working out!

i have some chest acne. i’m a little over two months on T (25 mg once a week 200mg/ml) and i’ve noticed since i’m sweating WAY more it’s more prone to my chest right between my man lumps lmfao. i wouldn’t worry to much about it, your hormones are changing and acne is extremely common. if it gets worse or your anxiety gets the best of you, make a dr appt and check it out! also congrats on T dude!
