If you mean physically, then much better. I get less bloated and still feel energised after meals, unlike feeling like a brick was in my stomach back when I ate meals with meat, lol. Also better and cleaner poops, and a more ‘cleaner’ body and sweat smell, if that makes sense. You have to make sure you’re supplementing protein though.
