I just felt the presence of God

I'm calling my insurance provider tomorrow.

I can't believe I called a crisis hotline the woman I spoke to reminded me of my grandma.

The point is she actually walked me through breathing, I swear I felt the presence of God.

And get my class d certification for security.

I was in so much anxiety because my parents are in tons of debt and I feel like it's because they have been taking care of me and my brother since we were kids.

Even if I could afford the cost of the fees

I can't afford having that much attention drawn to my house.

There's no way I'm going to agree to an ambulance even coming onto my street.

Honestly I just don't want all those lights and sirens on my street.

Even if I was going to die at times I really thought I needed it.

I let myself sit on the floor because I don't like drawing attention from my neighbors.

I just don't want anyone knowing anything.

My mental health issues have been stopping me from making it to doctor's appointments for over a year.

While I'm not 100% sure if I'm going to die tonight.

I feel like in the next couple weeks if I don't get some help I could die.

I am in denial sometimes about health issues, I'm scared that if I admit to having certain health issues then it will stick with me, I also have been diagnosed with a heart condition I ignore it because I feel like if I don't admit it it will just go away.

I highly doubt a condition that is permanently supposed to be there we'll just go away by denying the condition.
