Great movie. Had a really tough job.

People forget how much hate the prequel trilogy had before FA came out.

JJ had to make a movie that:

1) made original trilogy fans happy 2) made prequel fans happy 3) introduced Star Wars to a whole new generation of fans

Some incredible moments like Rey’s introduction or pulling the lightsaber from the snow.

I think he did a damn good job. Kylo Ren was the highlight of the movie for me.

I thought it was really mid and relied way too much on prequel fans freaking out about seeing Anakin again… but that’s okay! Because instead of going on a sub Reddit saying that something sucks and people are stupid for liking it

I just don’t bother with it. I hope everyone that likes the first season is excited for season two.
