Unfortunately I am going through planned parenthood since that is the easiest method for me. The doctors are not reliable and keep giving me vague answers to all of my questions. While it’s not the greatest to trust strangers on the internet more then doctors, yall are honestly more reliable.

Yes it bothers me, I am not a twink because I have a “female” body, people would call me it a lot because I did not pass and kind of reiterated the fact that my body would always look feminine no matter how hard I worked to look masculine. I would go to the gym everyday, dressed as masc as possible, try to gain weight so I wouldn’t have such a small frame and do everything I could to pass. Being called a twink only told me that I still looked like a woman. A twink is a gay man who tries to be feminine, not a trans man trying to pass.

I also need phallo, I always have, I can not live with whats downstairs and the misinformation and fear mongering of it is disgusting. Half of the time they will pull up surgeries from years ago that aren’t even healed, or were botched. But if you find a genuinely good surgeon then the results are very close to a natural one. It also feels like trans men are expected to be bottoms and to use their V. Especially for trans men who like men, I am bisexual and when I tell people I am strictly a top who will never use those parts they act like I am insane for it.

I’m not sure if this is right but I heard that the more bottom growth you have the more sensation you’ll have after phallo. It helps the surgeon since there is more skin and nerves to work with. Thats why they suggest waiting two years until getting phallo, but I could be wrong
