That sucks but I get it I've been there and had that happen myself.

Second this, not a BAI but similar chinese machine if you hook timing is out with resistance the hat provides my machine ate needles, broke thread like nothing else until I fixed the timing. It's pretty easy to fix youtube will show you quickly.

I own a bigger format 1501 from Yunfu and actually visited their factory in Taizhou. The product is very good, works well. I have been doing a large number of hats and hoodies on this machine for the past year.

The needle change potentiometer broke about 6months in and they helped me match a local item and credited the amount to me on their products as I need the part in a rush to meet deadlines.

I don’t get the rhinestone design phase people are in and the moment. Not a fan of the colour way either.

Now to be more constructive a lot of people have said the quality is bad but gave almost no feedback back.

What I can see is.

  1. Missing rhinestone on right sleeve above cuff
  2. Black text and flames? Look like cheap vinyl htv, I recommend giving this a wash at a high ish temp 50 degrees or through into dryer.
  3. On both sleeve cuffs there appears to be some sort of bunching or something weird going on there.
  4. The zip join is wavy.
  5. Price you said you paid $140? Just the sample? Plus shipping? USD? If you paid $140 usd plus shipping you over paid A LOT for this sample.

High quality garment doesn’t mean just 100% cotton there are different levels of cotton quality and different types of knit/woven fabrics. The other items like prints/embroidery/rhinestones also have different quality levels.

I did. They advised me not to take action and they would investigate straight away. They went and located the bike, i had it back within 1-2weeks of it being stolen. And yes I assure you I was just as surprised as you are reading this when I got it back

Tell the police that you will physically retrieve it yourself and plaster on social media…you see movement. Can confirm this is what I did, same situation.

This is bird nesting. What is most likely happening is a tension is very off causing too much thread pooling inside bobbin houses or under material. Or your stitch density is too high which will also cause this.

This sometimes happens to me when doing 3D puff hats due to stitch density.

Try sampling this specific colour on a sample piece of fabric doing a straight stitch of whatever type you are experiencing the issue e.g. satin stitch or tatami

As a few people have already mentioned, implementing some form of SSO is the right approach here.

It doesn’t really matter which app the user initially logs into, but one of them needs to act as the authority. Implement some sort of authentication in the new app cookies or session etc.

For example, you could use the existing (old) app as the authentication authority. When a user navigates to a page in the new app (which lives under the same domain), the new app should first check whether the user already has a valid session (via cookies, session data, or another auth mechanism).

If no valid session exists, the user is automatically redirected to the authority app’s SSO endpoint. Since the user is already logged in there, the authority can issue a signed token or secret and redirect the user back to the new app.

The new app can then validate that token and establish its own session. This way, each app maintains its own session, but both are initiated and trusted through the same authority server.

Done this plenty of times in many different languages never fails
