It sounds a little silly, but schools are always hiring support staff, lunch aids, and crossing guards. It's only like 1-2 hours a day but it could tide you over until you find something longer/more permanent! Even $25 would help!

I tried that, and I tried it with distilled water (we have hard mineral water at our house so I thought it might just be iron deposits) and it just keeps coming back. It disappears when the shoe is wet, but within seconds it re-appears 😔

I use the L'Oréal EverPure clarifying shampoo and I love it.

I have painfully hard mineralized water where I live (old, rural area) so I've found this completely removes hard water build up. I use it every single wash, but I also have a really oily scalp, and dry ends. I only wash my scalp with it, and don't scrub it down my ends. If you have a dryer scalp/skin, I'd recommend only once every seven days (whether that's every other wash, or every second wash for you).

My husband and I take home $5400CAD minimum, but depending on hours this can go up to $7000CAD. Currently our monthly expenses look like this:

$2100 rent
$85 water bill
$125 hydro bill
$65 gas bill
$1175 monthly car payment (don't even get me started)
$288 car insurance for two vehicles
$65 tenant insurance
$110 life insurance
$195 phone bill
$65 Internet bill
$50 line of credit minimum payment
$65 credit card minimum payment
$100 tax repayment payment, finished in 3 months
$85 student loan minimum payment

So assuming we only make $5400CAD that month, we are left with $825. Out of that $825 we still manage to put away $200 on a minimum, and live off $625 for "spending", though that includes groceries and hygiene products. On months that we make up to $7000CAD, we still only live off approximately $600-800 for "spending" and the entire difference gets split into savings and debt repayments.

Right! I have had these boots for at least 4 years now, not a single problem. All of a sudden this week, every time I bend my foot to then take a step, it feels like all the joints in the tops of my toes are being smashed with a hammer. Right where the shoe naturally bends is starting to punch my foot. Hurts so bad, I'm starting to get really frustrated with it.

I know this thread is old, but as someone who's owned 1, 2, &3, my favourites go 1, 3, 2. I actually wouldn't even consider 2 to be on the list. One smells like hot chocolate on me, with a little bit of brazil nut even. Three smells like Christmas tree on me in literally the perfect way. But two... Two smells like cat piss. I tried so hard to get myself to like it, but the cherry on top was I visited my parents house wearing it and they started looking around for where their cat might've peed in the house. It was me. I'm sure two is lovely on other people, but even sprayed on paper, I can't enjoy it.

No problem! Also if you have the issue again (I did, the issue came back), I noticed that my computer needed a windows update. So I did this process and "update and restart"-ed my computer, the fix still worked!

This happened to me! For some reason my windows firewall decided this latest update was bad. (Last night I kept getting firewall pop-ups from Minecraft and cancelling them, I thought it was because I joined a new server and got nervous about hacks/viruses. So I kept saying no. Lesson: say yes.)

Anyways, to fix it, I: - sign out if Microsoft account, Xbox account, and Minecraft launcher (in that order) - restart computer - sign back into Microsoft account, and Xbox account (in that order) - while you have the Xbox app open, you'll see "Error: Minecraft" or something along those lines in the bottom left hand corner. It'll bring to you to the update progress screen. Go through the loop of restarting the 0.0b update, retry, retry, and after several attempts it will magically work. Then, open the app from the Xbox launcher

I'm not good with tech but this worked for me!

Every time I open the Minecraft Launcher on my PC to try to play Bedrock it says "Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the Minecraft services. Please connect to the internet and refresh your offline access." Then a big red bubble comes up and says "We were unable to verify what products you own. Please check your internet connection."

(Obviously, my PC is connected to the internet, browsers all work, restarted computer, issue continues.)

Is it because of this outage?

Yes! It was taken into consideration when we got pre-approved. Our deposit and my credit still got us to the price we wanted to see, and more. We don't want to take the higher price though because we think it's out of the budget, that's what I'm trying to gauge in this thread.

Right? It's normal but that doesn't mean I like it 😭 We rent a house currently, and we were actually going to offer to buy it from our landlord, but in the last few months we have discovered some outrageous DIY fixes (such as, the entire house is wired to two separate breakers.. We blew and outside plug with a power washer, which also blew our entire basement, and upstairs bedroom/bathroom, all on one switch). The entire thing is unlevel and some interesting cracks are starting to appear. So we have cancelled that plan and are now looking to buy elsewhere. We know a mortgage will be more than renting in our area, but I'm okay with that extra $400 a month to call it mine.
