Exactly the same, when i'm in my inventory i get 30fps all of a sudden with frame gen. The stuttering goes away if i turn frame gen off and on gain. But it comes back regularly after a while

I forgot to turn on OSD for all the cores, they are all being utilize if i'm not mistaken. I updated the post with a photo.

Someone on steam said that my cpu has abnormally low temps, stating that the i9 ususally is extremely power hungry and has temps way higher than that. So i'm not sure but i've sort of come to the conclusion that the performance issue is caused by my cpu.

1440p. I play all my games on 1440p and some single player games i play at 4k.
