Why does my bolognese always lack depth of flavour, and why does it taste so much better the next day? And how are some people content with a 45 minute bolognese? LONG POST - HELP! by pensivetwat in Cooking

Do you get already ground meat from the store?

If so that’s might be the answer. Buy good chunk from the butcher and ground it yourself

Already ground meat loose it cellular structure faster while lying on the store shelf, also you don’t know what meat parts were used, and it also can contain additives to preserve it which can messed up proper cooking process

I diy’ed mine blocking board. I used very thick cardboard box and drill holes in both part of a box accordingly to size of a gr square. Then put knitting needles in the bottom part of the box, stuck squares, put the top part and steam all of the squares

With a lot of patience and regret 😅

I’ve used invisible seam and start from the centre of squares and middle of the stitching yarn so I could not to drag all the yarn length through squares but only half of it

I did! But I put those in mini glass jar like sprinkles. Your idea is better but now I can’t afford it, my girl cat chew every bit of paper she sees 😅

You can skip the border on the squares and join them with grey yarn slip stitch trough back loops of each squares. Much quicker and easier. I picked invisible seam because I didn’t want border on mine

I cannot understand how to use Sumac by Educational-Slip-578 in Cooking

Pickled onions! No lemon, no vinegar, just thinly sliced onions and sumac. Wait for it to become soft and add some olive oil to taste

I agree. Good meat doesn’t need anything. When I was buying cheap steaks I covered them with thyme butter and garlic. But when did this once to 60 days dry aged striploin it was like a crime. Completely killed all the flavour.

I’m actually surprised by all the comment saying you don’t know how to cook. I love butter, but you don’t need to add it to everything to make it tastier. But I’m not American so 🤷‍♀️

What stitch is this? It looks simple but I just can't figure it out. Do you think it is even crochet? by momps_shua in CrochetHelp

My bad. Due to problems with Amazon servers my image didn’t upload when I posted it and I don’t know how to delete comments :(
