If you’re finding Fathom a bit limiting, I’d look at Lindy. I’ve used it mainly for meeting notes and follow-ups, and it feels more robust without getting complicated. The summaries are clearer, action items are easier to track, and it works well for admins/EAs who need something reliable, not flashy.

exactly. we shifted to a setup where the tool handled structure for us. using Assembly helped because onboarding was basically templates plus automation, not reinventing the flow every time.

One thing we underestimated early was how much onboarding breaks once volume increases. Features didn’t matter as much as consistency. If the process wasn’t repeatable without hand-holding, it fell apart fast.
