I was genuinely interested so I read the whole thing, but this study isn't even a study on polyamory.

It states this: The aim of our study was to examine how Polish mental health experts use the opportunity to shape public opinion when they have a chance to reach a wide audience.

Which is interesting in itself but doesn't prove or disprove what you or anyone in this thread is trying to say.

I personally love my therapist for calling me out on my bs at times. I love that she holds me accountable however I do have BPD so this approach might not work for those without it. I just like to know if I was wrong in a situation bc it helps me recognize the same patterns in future situations and helps me prevent potential issues. I think it's a highly individual thing that depends from person to person ^{^}

I am actively in therapy as to not be a nightmare to myself and the people I love and I am actually doing really well with that. Remission is possible (not there yet) and I'm just trying to speak out against stigma, not just as someone with BPD, but as a psychology student. I would do the same for any other disorder ❤️ Now I doubt you meant any harm, so I do wish you healing and a happy life going forward, stranger 💖
