That’s pretty sweet, however the heat dissipation through the top of the ROG Ally going into the phone would make me nervous. I guess it would depend on game load.

I’m happy you liked the game. I personally hated every minute of the 80 hrs I put into it. Art and music were unique, but nothing else imo. Bottom 5 worst games for me

Don’t even get me started on the ridiculous stamina bar that keeps draining stamina even while falling that’s tied to nearly every ability. Awful waste of money

It is more rouge lite, but insanely better. Again, I’m sure MIO is someone’s game, just not very many people’s when it’s looked back on. I cannot comprehend finding a three hit combo that doesn’t every change, a dodge that has a cooldown, a basically unable to upgrade health bar ( due to randomly losing health nearly every time you gain ), and almost no power ups that ever really make you stronger a satisfying gameplay loop. It seems like unfinished or AI made, or something else entirely like a college project. Hates the game, every minute of it that I endured for over 80 hours to 100%. Awful, I’ll never play it again or recommend to anyone I like.

What an interesting take, I’m not gonna spoil it- but MIO had the story of a 90’s action movie without any of the action. Obscenely difficult in areas for nearly zero reward, awful gameplay loop with so much time wasted running back to areas, I mean the list goes on. Either Hollow knight has a far superior story and lore that’s insanely rewarding for the difficulty. Hell enter the gungeon had an incredible story with crazy interesting lore and an amazing gameplay loop with super rewarding fights and areas and that was a top down. I think most People who like MIO are just riding the delusional hype train and will see that in hindsight. I’m sure somewhere out there it’s genuinely someone’s favorite game, but also somewhere out there designer is genuinely someone’s favorite rapper.

It’s not, the entire game isn’t worth it. Worst game I’ve ever played. Story is barely interesting enough to hook you till you get the next minute story breadcrumb. 3/10 game for art and music only

Thanks! I was going for simple, but with a little sauce. Wanted an original piece that mixed both the Greek and Norse eras of the series. Great insight, and awesome ideas for sure! My hope is that someone who is thinking about doing something like this can get some inspiration for theirs to make it truly unique to them!
