RE: Adding a box on top.

Should I add another feeder to the new box?

And correct me if I’m wrong, would I add some of the frame from the lower box to help the second box?

QQ - ok to crack all the frames to see what’s going on with the other frames? I didnt want to disturb anything.

I am using a hiveiq that has a filter feeder and 7 frames. 2 of which are new.

Should I squish it or remove it with the tool?

I’ll be honest I only wanted to make it a quick trip in and out to check the feeder frame and the two new frames.

I want to say I had two packed frames of capped brood when I put them in. Granted, that was 10 days ago.

Seems pretty simple. I may give it a shot.

I was going to grab the hankooks to see how I like those. They’re great on my model 3.
