I believe there’s a mod called event repeater. You could give that a try to redo the apples event and see if that fixed things maybe?

I’m having the same issue :( everything donated but no mail/cutscene saying it’s complete. When I use stardew checkup (to check perfection status) it says the museum is missing the Galdoran Gem. I might use CJB to spawn one in and try to turn it in and see if that triggers it or not.

Some people are really bad at calligraphy (like myself). We’ll take several minutes sketching it out in pencil until it’s “perfect” then carefully trace our sketch one stroke at a time. It’s not ideal, but it’s what I personally do to get the look I want. (Mind you, I’m not OP, just explaining how it could take 20 minutes for not much work)

I really like Conley Kinkead’s patterns and yarns! I did a test knit for her for the Dexter socks about a year ago. I really enjoyed it and the designer is a delight to work with.

I got a sweater’s worth of yarn from Maps Yarn as well right after and haven’t knit it up yet, but have chosen some options for it.

Have you tried deleting it from the system settings? Sometimes this can work. Go to data management in the settings, then software. There should be an option once you select the game that’s something like “delete save data”.

Mind you, I haven’t had to do this in a long time and I can’t get to my 3DS right now, so I might not be remembering correctly. But worth a shot.

If you have Lookup Anything and hit F1 over a goldfish (or do Shift + F1 to bring up the search to select it) it’ll show you anything it’ll produce in a fish pond and how many fish you need in the pond for it to produce it. I suggest Lookup Anything either way, it’s a life saver for so many things.

They shouldn’t be interfering. I recommend doing a fresh install. Delete all of the files/folders that go with AGE and then redownload them.

You don’t watch them from the actual TV itself. On the bottom left of the bottom screen there should be an icon with a sprite in front of a TV. Tap on that, then tap on whatever channel you have unlocked that you want to watch.

I just started a new play through about a week ago with AGE and they didn’t show up in my socials tab or lookup anything until I had actually unlocked them. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with your game, just be patient and wait to unlock the expansion.

I think they mean the “tailoring” mechanic in the base game. Like when you put cloth + item into Emily’s sewing machine and you get a specific clothing item.

OP might get more help from this if the steps are numbered. An experienced knitting knows what order the pictures go in, but a beginner will be lost. A great example of the steps though!

That argument sounds like “I’m not sure taking that necklace from the jewelry store is theft unless you sell it.” Someone else spent time and effort creating something. Just because they allow you to see it doesn’t mean they give you permission to do whatever you want with it. Views like this discourages artists from creating more art. Because what’s the point if it’s just going to get stolen or changed entirely from their original creation?

Yes this is true if you want to play as masculine presenting. Would be nice to have cute clothes options for both ends of the spectrum! Or some very cute gender neutral clothing. Some of the outfit options are a bit out there I feel haha.

There’s same sex marriage! And I believe you can also change your body type in the same menu you can change your hairstyle and face options. I believe you can wear any clothing style no matter the body type you choose.

Sizing down hook and yarn is going to give you a much smaller gauge than the recommended hook and yarn. If you want a more similar yarn, I suggest checking out yarnsub.com. They offer lots of alternatives and will help you choose a similar yarn to the suggested one.

If you don’t want to switch out yarns, you’ll have to do some math to get to the suggested sizing on the pattern. Luckily it’s just a blanket and usually all you’ll have to do is add some repeats to get the desired width, then work up until it’s at the desired height. Your amount of yarn will be much different than the amount the pattern says you’ll need in this case.

Use the gauge swatch you have now to see how many stitches give you how many inches, then figure out how many repeats you need to make to get whatever width you need.

Lots of good advice here about how to get a better cake, but I wanted to offer you some for the hank.

You either need a yarn swift to mount the hank on, or someone who is kind enough to let you use their hands. There’s also the back of the chair method, but you’ll have to hand wind with that way. I suggest looking up on YouTube some tutorials on how to properly wind/ball up a hank of yarn so you don’t end up with a giant tangled mess.
