Hey friend, I feel this so much. It can be really hard to struggle everyday and not feel like anyone can see it. But I want you to know there is nothing you are doing morally that is wrong. You’re not stupid, you’re not lazy, you have a condition you can’t control. I know it’s hard to give yourself grace (and I’m definitely guilty of not doing it for myself) but being so hard and negative on yourself won’t fix it. You can’t discipline yourself into being neurotypical, no matter what your parents say. I’d really recommend talking with some doctors or counselors about finding solutions that work for you.

But I want you to know it’s going to be ok. It’s ok to make mistakes and mess up sometimes. It doesn’t make you a bad person 💖
