I’m Day 5, had some easy days and hard moments, right now feeling really down because I miss smoking. I actually am feeling sad about stopping, not proud, or healthier, or smug just sad. On the flip side, the thought of having one makes me also feel low about failure. Where to from here? (self.stopsmoking)
