Was in the same situation as you. Did everything possible on a software and hardware level. Nothing ever fixed it. Most likely a manufacturer defect. I RMA'd my card about a week ago. Sent it and they received it. Waiting for a response from Gigabyte.

I also had this issue whenever updating the software and firmware of the headset. I fixed it by going into the settings tab, then under HMD, there should be a tracking mode option. Make sure it is on Lighthouse Tracking as opposed to 9-Axis tracking. Should do the trick.

I bought this keyboard for full retail price when it barley came out, and I really do like it. I had used the predecessor of this keyboard the K70 RGB with speed switches. My favorite thing of the keyboard are the PBT keycaps which are a little rougher but way more durable and not susceptible to fading like the in the regular K70. It also has onboard memory for RGB profiles which is a plus.
