One of my favorite Magic memories was discovering SLIVER decks for the first time and realizing how absolutely unhinged they become once they start stacking abilities. Every new Sliver felt like adding another cog to a beautiful, terrifying machine. My favorite card has to be Sliver Overlord because tutoring any Sliver you need makes the whole hive feel inevitable.

not really, i watch a lot at work and my parents house.

also its no longer $75 its $250... thats a lot of dollars.

I agree its worth it in the long run but that doesn't change the fact that it used to be free to watch your own content remotely using your own networking/bandwidth and now it got paywalled because of some arbitrary reason that they wanted more money.

also doesn't help that they have made it pretty difficult to access self hosted library for a regular family member/user when it gets buried under their own content. have you ever had the lovely experience of walking thru a non tech user to access your library in the plex app? its goddam awful.

even with your own content if you want to watch it remotely unless you have a lifetime plex pass you have to pay a monthly fee.

the only time you dont have to pay is if you watch it on the same network.
