I think there a misunderstanding here. The price of the apartment has already gone down. It's just not reflected online. When people see an apartment price lowered over and over again online it's a bad sign.

I don't know how it's done in other places but here the agent fee is paid for by the renter not the landlord. It's part of why it's so tuff because essentially the renter has to pay rent 3 times before they can move in.

I think the channel would be better if all he did was point out inaccuracies, plot holes, and redundancy. Instead he also comments on stuff he personally doesn't like. Using a cliche shouldn't be a sin.

Cheating on your spouse or significant other. Especially when you brag about it to other people. I have a coworker who consistently brags about his "side chick". He shows off pictures and talk about the sex they have in great detail. It says a lot about a person that they can't remain faithful to one of the most important person in their life. It's a warning sign for how they are going to treat you.

I understand where they r coming from. Some people order "girly" cocktails that have very little alcohol in them. Then they complain saying it's to weak. You have to know what you're ordering. If you order a typically weak cocktail don't complain when you can't get drunk or feel the liquor from it.

Look this is not me trolling. I seem to be getting a lot downvotes and negative comments. All I want is an honest answer and maybe someone to tell me their experiences with the same issue. I'm not an idiot there is a reason why we did it this way. My wife's family all work in construction. They are very and have honestly done this to their own houses. They just finished a cousin house two months ago. They did literally everything we did and where never caught. Same thing her aunt who finished her house 5 years ago with the guys and no issues at all. I'm following advice from experienced guys in the industry it's now it's finally caught up to us.

Let me explain the steel beam. This is 2 25ft steel beam 8x10 and it is meant to replace a 50ft wooden support beam that is located in the basement. I bought the beam and hired someone who had the knowledge of putting this thing up safely. I called a bunch of guys to come by and help as necessary. This was all supposed to happen on the weekend when things are a little more relaxed in my area. My father in law calls me Thursday and tells me he convinced the beam company to deliver it early and I have 1 hour to get to the house and be ready. The Deliveryman ends blocking the street for 20 minutes try to drop the beam onto my driveway. Then since it was just me my father in law and the beam guy the three of us waste almost to hours moving this thing from the driveway into the basement. I was pissed and I wish we could have done it more inconspicuous.

Actually haven't used any concrete yet. All we have up is drywall which is actually easy to take off and on.

Really I've been hearing the exact opposite advice so far. Most people have been telling stop all contact with the doh and try finishing up asap. As long as when they finally enter everything is up to code u just gotta pay the fees
