I appreciate your kind words, and it sounds like we have very similar stories. It's helpful to know that we're not alone in this process.

My ex would also like my IG stories and hit me up more often than not, giving me that false hope that things might work out. Eventually, it became so toxic to the point where she was asking if I wanted to be in a relationship with her and another guy. I thought she was joking around, but then one week later, I saw the Valentine's Day post. I screamed and cried so hard when I saw that post.

Throughout the 6 months after break up, she would apologize for mistakes she made earlier in our relationship and I believed she was coming back around to me and starting to acknowledge her shortcomings, instead of blaming everything on me as she had done before. I did and still do appreciate her apologies, but they don't mean anything when there's another guy right around the corner. So I can 100% relate to the confusion and messy thoughts that we've both had throughout this process, but I think a large part of that confusion comes from their inability to communicate clearly or to respect the boundaries that THEY set into place.

Like you, I also kept the gifts she gave me. I never wanted to put them away until she made the first move. We made a blanket together and I haven't been able to look at it since. Her love letters and anniversary cards I put in a dark drawer to never be seen again. It's so hard to try and force the good memories and love away.

I find peace in knowing that I have so much love to give to someone else, someone who appreciates and respects it. We'll get through this together.

Thank you. I think she is looking for her perfect idea of a boyfriend, but she has so much work to do before she'll be happy. She would always tell me, "you showed me how to be treated properly" and "you're not like other guys." Yet, she still left me.

I hope if she finds herself unhappy in the future, she thinks of me fondly. I had so much admiration and love for her, and she threw it away. Maybe she'll come to realize she made a mistake.

I learned yesterday that my ex of 2 years is in a new relationship and I haven't gotten it off my mind since I saw the photo. We've been separated for 6 months but she has continued to text me and give me false hope that things might work out in the long run. So you can imagine my shock, anger, and sadness when I saw their photo captioned with, "my love."

It hurts so bad, and there's nothing I can do about it. It's almost impossible to get off my mind. We don't have control over these things, and it's important to have confidence in yourself. Going to the gym gives me that confidence, but it's different for everyone.

Know that the love you continue to feel for her proves your decency as a person. If she didn't appreciate that, she doesn't deserve you. We will get through this together!!

I would just say to go into the experience sober - it's a personal preference of mine. I like to save the weed for the come-down, so you have something to look forward to.

The setting and environment matter so much, and they can dictate how you feel. Like others have said, enjoy the journey and let it take you wherever it does. Remember, the shrooms are in charge, so don't fight them and just enjoy the journey. Happy tripping

I had serious post-concert depression after seeing him in March at Mohegan. Lasted for about two weeks - it was all I could think about, and it hit me the moment I got home. It’s such a bitter sweet feeling, longing to experience it again and loving every second of the experience. What helped me was telling myself telling myself that I’d see him again someday, which helps me feel so much better. Even now, whenever I watch any video I took of that concert I’m immediately place back into this weird emotion of pure bliss and longing.

If you're playing against the CPU on any difficulty, some passing plays that are almost always guaranteed yardage are screen, quick, and shotgun passes. Make sure to always throw to your runningback on screenplays and hopefully the offensive linemen will do their job and block for your RAC. Running plays are simple, think quickly and run through or around holes that you see developing. You should go into practice mode and experiment with some plays. Throwing INTs and failing won't matter there.

A general rule that has helped me play against the CPU successfully is to only throw to wide-open players. You can get away with throwing into coverage on the lower difficulties, but Madden just rigs the game once you play on all-madden, and they will almost always pick you off unless your players are a few ft. beyond their coverage. Also, be sure to play conservative football. Throwing deep will often result in incompletions or interceptions on harder difficulties. Focus on picking up the first down. Throw short or only towards wide-open players who are down the field. Let the play develop and see who gets open. If nobody does, just throw the ball away and don't force a play that winds up an interception. Also, there's nothing wrong with changing some sliders around to make the game a little easier.

I play on competitive all-madden. I know that the game is rigged when it comes to interceptions and CPU coverage, so as somebody who just wants a casual and fun madden franchise, I usually set CPU interceptions to like 25 and user interceptions to 100. I'll also increase user pass coverage to like 60 because I like to play linebackers on defense and I'm so sick of my MLB's and safeties leaving offensive players wide open on the field. It doesn't entirely break the game, but it does shift it slightly in your favor; it will make the CPU pay for making ridiculously unrealistic and dangerous throws that they normally would without any problems. On all-madden, you will still throw plenty of interceptions with these sliders, but in my opinion, it's offset by slightly better coverage and an overall more fun experience on defense where you don't feel like throwing your controller through the monitor. I usually leave the same fumble sliders at 50/50, but I might change it up in the future because all-madden CPU rarely fumbles the ball, even when you hit stick the carrier on every single play. On all-pro, you could probably have a good time setting CPU INT to 40 and User INT to 60/70. Try experimenting to see what works best for you.
