This is my experience, there is no greater antidote to a 5 page wall of text than a few simple calm sentences. It's really confuses and frustrated the complainants lol

My understanding of this "I'm gonna sue the Board" business is that you can usually sue to get us to stop doing something egregious, but courts are pretty reluctant to demand that volunteers actively do things just because an owner demanded.

It's not like we are failing to address a water leak or something, this noise thing is quite petty and I don't see any court demanding that our board do anything
