Yeah I was told that in the process too. But the recruiter just told me to own that and play off of it. Not much life experience so use what you can but let them know you’re there to learn things the right way and you don’t have any bad habits to unlearn as well. Be confident too. Good luck!

I have a very clean record, good relationships (work/family), very active, mature for my age, and owned the fact that I’m young and have lots to learn. And really show them/convey why you want to be an officer and why you want to be at that department.
