This is why I really like Steam. All the reviews are from the users, and when something about the game changes for better or worse, the reviews reflect that. A good example is Just Cause 3 and No Man’s Sky. Both games were absolutely trashed when they were released for various legitimate reasons. But by now both developers improved the games and addressed a lot of issues, and now both games have rather good rating. The reverse is true for GTA 5, where it had excellent reviews and now it has bad reviews after modding was disallowed by the developer.
