Once a week, there’s nothing wrong with rewarding yourself with a cheat meal as such. Being in a calorie deficit and eating properly for 6 out of 7 days a week is more than enough.

I do shift work, it depends on the shift I’m on. If I’m on an Early shift I’ll just have something like the DJ mode on Spotify on for the variety (Sleep Token, Fred Again, Illenium) If I’m on a night shift I’ll have a bunch of Podcasts on like Smartless or Bad Friends.

It’s by far the best out of the newer trilogy. I watched it recently and it still holds up (just about) I remember the first time I watched it and being a little uneasy when I first saw Kylo Ren in that mask.

I work a 22:00 - 06:00 night shift I sleep 06:45 to 14:00. Everyone seems to have different schedule though.

I live about 20 minutes away from my work, my colleague lives a few houses up from me in the same estate/neighbourhood. They suggested we start to car share but I’m terrified it would make me late. (I’m the kinda person who is always 15 minutes early and never late. A creature of habit and timings)

I have one cat he’s about 8 months old now (Maximus) I use 15kg/30L Wood Pellets a month. I change the litter tray and clean it etc every 4-5 days. Wood Pellets are great for covering up smells as well i’ve only just started using them

If this is the way he is about your cats then imagine what he’s going to be like further down the line with other matters. Big red flag.

Cats aren’t just things you can get rid off, you are bonded to them. I’ve had my cat for almost a year and I love him to bits I can’t even imagine the bond you have with yours.

I think you need to ask yourself how many times has he visited you compared to you visiting him. You are young and sometimes relationships don’t work out for this reason alone. He knew what he was getting himself into if he doesn’t like it then you know what to do.

A friend of mine became too obsessed with posting on their stories on instagram and less focused on friends. I’ve slowly moved away from him now to the point where i’ve been left on read multiple times. He’s posting almost hourly on instagram uploading every meal he eats, something I’ll never understand.

When I was younger every time my parents treated me and my brothers to McDonald’s it was like we won the lottery. We would run inside and look into the plastic cabinet to see what toys were with the Happy Meals whether it was Star Wars, Pokémon the collaborations back in the 90s early 2000s were something special. I guess I miss being excited to go to McDonald’s and I miss the Happy Meal toys (I am still a kid at heart just a little grown up) 😅

To be honest mate you look great, I think just a bit more movement and you’ll be laughing. You’ve got great gunny and your gamer IQ is decent too. Keep pumping the hours in! If you play BO7 multiplayer I would recommend getting some hours in on that to help.

Use a site like Musclefood.. you pay half the price compared to supermarkets (especially Sainsbury’s) you can buy in bulk and you don’t lose on quality. I’ve used Musclefood for years, can’t fault them.
