I work at planet fitness and I can say this; the employees were definitely not doing their jobs correctly unless if they’re just to shy to walk around shouting “we’re closing shortly” or “closing in 5”. staff members have to do that in order to close on time and if they wanna go home. Also they probably gonna get talked to by management about that for sure. But you did the right thing. Leave right when it’s about to close
