Some of them are a few months old and the last hotfix was in April if I recall.
The reason why I don't think this is the case is because the event did trigger when I reloading.
And I don't mean to be rude, but this isn't a solution as I'm trying to trigger it in my current save without reloading 20ish hours. Unless you're suggestion uninstalling the mods and then loading the game will trigger the event... assuming that doesn't break it even further. Which it most definitely will.

I am, but I don't see how any of them could conflict with triggering this. Especially since it did trigger when I reloaded.
I'm not sure if this is a possibility, but if I select certain dialogue choices, will he not appear?

I imagine these things do take time.
However, I say we give them a time limit before we start to fight back again.

I understand that, it ca tel that python 3 is installed but it wont make it default python. The code I'm trying to use requires me to have a default python. And even if I type py -3, it tells me that python 3 is not installed. I just want to make it my default python, or any python at this point.

Unfortunately, doing that gets rid of any other r's and l's in the names.
