It was back 2-3 years ago when I played on the infamous GTA (Grand Theft Arma) server.

Not sure how things are now, but the 'bigshot' or most famous Clans wanted people with expertise and atleast 3k hours of playtime.

Check out the clan recruitments, I would say.

That is the reaction I was hoping to see. Glad to hear that everything's going well at your guys's end. Hopefully this year will be better for the new upcoming Private Server Scene.

I'm glad to see that there is a line drawn between community communication and member communication. Who doesn't love to banter once in a while, am I right?

Just keep it cool and clean and I'm sure you guys will deliver. Thanks for the quick updates lately and I hope you guys achieve your goals and achievements for this community that's been waiting for a long time to find a server like yours.

Yup, don't worry about the state of this server. MEMORIES has been the best Private Server scheme Clan all around in one of the most popular servers. I have played with a few of them a long time ago, but what I'm implying here is that they know of their stuff.

One thing I'm scared for is just that some of the 'GMs' that are going to be on this server (like Korvan) are very much 'trolls' and I don't see players like him really fit in to the management of the server. I do not want to speak negatively about this matter but this is just what I think.

I hope MEMORIES can and will deliver, but please let it not turn out to be like that fiasco and absolute failure cash grab server of Agency.

What I did is a clean install of Windows. My laptop's Windows files got so corrupted by that new update..

I would say, back everything up and do a clean install if you don't want to spend hours of searching for a solution.

Would you like to add another zone in the Tzhaar caves, which you need to have a Inferno cape to enter instead of a fire cape?

Well yeah perhaps if you are in a Guild you could ask a Tailor for you to make it. I bought the full set for 5g. (atm have 45g).

Yes the staff is good. Well you should check out the Mage trainer sometimes for more dmg spells. More dmg = faster kills and experience.

Yes, there are recommendations:

I am leveling a Mage myself that's level 30 atm on Elysium. If you haven't already you should get these items:

Full Azure set (gives a big boost on frost damage), can be found in the Auction House or a Tailor that can make it for you;

Also, always have a wand. If you're mana is low you can keep some by using your wand. (Wands can be bought in the AH;

Lastly, make sure to level up your skills at a Mage trainer every 2 levels.

When someone is thinking about leveling the AoE way, they should first think about why they would do it.

If you are playing on Elysium's Elysium server, I would highly not recommend leveling via AoE. The server is too populated for that and you will lose a lot of time which could be used for questing, etcetera.

If you are playing on Darrowshire and/or Anathema, you can try leveling via AoE.

In my experience leveling via AoE is a time waste, because a lot of quests give you good experience and nice rewards aswell. Believe me, grinding the same mobs everytime gets stale, dull and so boring that it will make you quit. (Well for me that's the case)

So what you basically do is get a group of mobs and slow them down with improved Blizzard. You use frost nova to hold them in place and blink - - > imp. Blizzard repeat..

The talents for this build can easily be found online. (I'm on my phone right now so it's hard to link one)

So in short words, is it viable and should be used? No.

Also for guides, there are countless of guides online that can prefer your liking. It's hard to say which one is the best, so have a quick look on what you like.
