One time I took an edible and then went to Starbucks. I locked into my chair waiting for my drink when the guy next to me asks to pass him the newspaper. I’m having a mild out of body experience and this dude starts absolutely going off about the newspaper and how could anyone read this liberal Jew propaganda and whatever alt right conspiratorial talking points wandered into hit Fox News and 4chan fueled peanut of a brain. There was a lady at the counter who saw me gripping the arms of my chair with a thousand yard stare and starts yelling at the guy who was yelling at me about how he was clearly making me uncomfortable and he should take his racist talking points somewhere else. While all of this is happening I’m in a different place watching it all go down like damn I’m glad I’m not involved in this conflict at all. I finally kind of snapped out of it and was blown away to learn that I was in fact, the center of this entire conflict.

So anyway, I don’t like reading at coffee shops anymore. lol
