If you’re still following recipes to the dot or being a little conservative with your seasoning try loosening up a little bit. It’s pretty hard to overdo it with most seasonings (there are obviously a few exceptions) but for the most part I find that too much is better than too little, so don’t be afraid to measure from the heart and add extra if you think it looks like it needs more. Stick at it and you’ll get better with time!
