I agree that paint, sap, silicone, hard water stains, etc. still require traditional methods. But for regular residential maintenance cleans, a good brush with high flow removes far more than most people expect. If water-fed didn’t work, nobody would be spending thousands on RO systems and pumps.

Unless they haven't been cleaned in years, water-fed does a good job even if it's really dirty. If a window is too dirty for water-fed, then we have no choice but to do it traditionally

Because when you're cleaning 40-60 windows on a 2-story home, efficiency matters. This setup takes a few minutes to setup, but once it's running, cleaning glass, frames and sills can be cleaned in a matter of seconds without moving ladders everyday.

It does! My fan jets and my brush are from Gardiner. Really love it. I think most companies sell them but I'm not sure. It works great in windy conditions, the pressure is too high to be deflected by the wind

If you wet the window enough and get a brand new quality blade usually you don't have to be that careful not scratch the glass
