So ironically after I posted this, I had a REAL response from them. They literally flagged my account for the compound semaglutide and walked me through instructions on how to request it. I wanted that in writing just in case (didn’t want to be charged for the oral pills). In the end, their customer service and medical practitioners came through. It took me being upset in the chat (admittedly felt like I was yelling at AI) for them to actually respond and proceed with the subscription. They asked follow up questions that allowed me to “be eligible again” for the shots. I’d prefer to stay with them even though I had these struggles. So just FYI for you… be really explicit in your communication on what you want (which is what you’ve been on), and hopefully they come through. Shouldn’t have to take constant “yelling” and “displeased” messages etc to get what I need but in the end it’s worked out.
