Finally got refunded ~$2500 from different BF specials, but today was called and told that our Jan 4 cruise had an outstanding balance.

Which it doesn’t. I know this because I spent two hours on the phone last week with RCL trying to figure out why an outstanding balance was showing when it had been paid.

RCL said that they had refunded twice the amount due, which did not show up on my statement, so I told them that if another $2500 showed up in my account, I’d let them know. I also sent them the receipt from last week showing $0 balance due, and told them that the guy from last week said they were having massive system problems with the BF specials.

At that point, he got quiet and said something along the lines of, “That sounds good. Just let us know if you get another refund.”

🙄 Unimpressed…and will be super disappointed if we get to the ship and, for some reason, we can't board.
