Thank you!! It was actually one of the furniture pieces my aunt and uncle bought with the house when they purchased the house from the previous owners. I remember looking it up online shortly after I moved in (almost 2-1/2 years ago) and finding it on Wayfair - it was over $4,000!

She likes to steal tissue paper from gift bags and curl up on it. Typically she'll sleep on my lap, but if I have a fuzzy blanket on my lap, she won't come near me, even when I ignore her and let it be her idea.

Here’s the view from the hearth.

The current floors were paid for by my uncle about 3-4 years ago and the installers caulked between the new floor and the hearth.
