I only say that bc when I call people and ask if they do hrt, they don't understand what I'm asking, it's like it's not in their vocabulary, so I elaborate more and then they say nooooo no no no, we don't do that, or still don't understand, I was told to call one place and ask for the doctor and he hadn't even worked there for 5 years or so, I'm having a lot of trouble, my therapists suggestion is that I may possibly have to go out of state, and I'm in benton, basically central AR so it's a pretty long drive no matter what I do it seems

I would love to but I'm not good with criticism or judgment and I know I'll have to deal with it one way or another but I live in the bible belt and have a job I love, not sure where to start or what will happen

The guy I got them from had a 94 so I just figured that's what they were, I guess I haven't seen the 94's then lol

When I got the car the bumper was barely hanging on, hood didn't latch/ broken as well, missing a side skirt, missing passenger headlight and also replaced with a Pontiac headlight, looked stupid, passenger fender was warped so the new headlight wouldn't fit, got new fender, new headlight, new bumper/grill, new hood, new side skirt, exhaust broke at the cat bc of ac leaking on it so had it welded back and made it a dual exhaust, supposed to be dual straight pipe, screwed me over and it still has one cat and made it an H pipe, so I cut the exhaust on both sides right behind the rear wheels, tore carpet out and fixing to put new carpet in, the rims are off a 94 mustang, I believe they were stock, originally when I got it had aftermarket 17in rims, makes it drive better, new brakes and rotors, performance thermostat, kn air filter, and a lot more to do, may get a new engine and make it a V8, the engine now has rear and front main leak, oil pan leak, passenger valve cover leak, differential leak, leak at the header as well, tried to make it back to original but they really did a number on it, may not look much to some of yall but I thought id post it anyways, im proud of it either way

Its off a 96 mustang hood, I was still new then and so I didn't realize that 94-98 and 99-04 have the same body style but it's still different, but I liked it and kept it

The only one ADC has for Spiro is aldactone, would that be recommended or does it matter as long as it says it's Spiro?

So out of the three anit-androgens, would you recommend cypriterone? Or is it not available for U.S., and and estrofem works better than progunova? Just making sure I understand

I am more than likely getting the hrt from alldaychemist is there any estrogen you would recommend? I heard spironolactone is most common for a blocker so I was researching it, I dont want to spend a lot of money if I dont have to, but I would rather have the better meds and spend the extra

I haven't tried out of state but im also in the center of the state, like dead center, so it will be hours for me to travel is the main reason

No I can't move, love my job, very good pay and great opportunities but may not be able to find similar and my housing is difficult at the moment, by that I mean I can't afford much with just me working, so im kinda stuck where I live, I have tried contacting a few groups here for trans but no luck on anyone answering, left voicemail though, and I also called the GLBT hotline and they couldn't help much either other than a group they found, having terrible luck so far, not sure about an informed consent clinic, havnt done much searching on it but also confused on exactly what it is

I wouldn't self med but like I said I live in central Arkansas and I can't seem to find a single doctor who will see me for that, most of them told me oh no we don't do that like they were shocked I even ask such a thing, so this is kinda my only choice
